• Council voted in favor of keeping MacKenzie Moore as Chair and Becca Bennett as Secretary. Due to Jordan Schmidt’s absence, her position was not voted on at this time.

Overview the implementation of the Teacher and Student Success Plan (TSSA)

• Discussed what Panorama is, the utilization of it, and who has access to it. Mrs. Vorwaller explained it gives good data on the climate of the school, and teachers have insight into student thoughts on their teachers.

Instructional coach presentation of data

• Leslie Boren presented. This year’s goal is to focus on progress over perfection. Discussed different data measures in Utah and WSD. Reviewed the results for: Acadience reading 22-23, Acadience math 22-23, and Utah rise 22-23. Reviewed the plan for student growth for the 23-24 school year.
• Questions were raised about tier 1 and tier 2. Mrs. Boren and Mrs. Vorwaller explained the difference between the two and the need for small group instruction.
