PTA MEETING AGENDA 4-10-2024

Meeting Date and Time: April 10th 5:30-6:30

Agenda:

Yearbooks: Pre-orders due by the 22nd. Send a reminder later in the week. We have 62 orders so far. I will order 20 extra just in case some pre- orders get missed. Then how many extra should I have available for cash in the office?

Screen Free Week

Monday the 22nd: Yoga Night - get waters and cuties

Tuesday the 23rd: Board Game Night- Who will pick up the games? Do we want snacks?

Wednesday the 24th: FUNdamentals Day with Family - What help do you need from PTA, if any.

Thursday the 25th: Service Day- Mark fence for clips. Do we need volunteers to help put up clips?

Friday the 26th: Night at the Museum - Circle color dots for artwork and a paper for each artwork. Where will they be displayed? Do we still want food trucks?

Make a sheet to send home with all the daily activities

Do we want to do this Bingo Board also? (example not showing here)

Lunch with a loved one/BOGO Bookfair- Will we have the bookfair on any of the nights, or just during the lunches? What help do you need, Mickel?

Teacher Appreciation Week: May 6th-10th

Monday: Breakroom will have drinks and snacks, all week long. Share favorite joke or funny story with your teacher.

Tuesday: Breakfast from Kneaders. Wear your teachers favorite color.

Wednesday:Cheese cake. Draw a picture or make a card for your teacher.

Thursday: Relaxi Taxi, 12 min Massage in breakroom. Bring a school supply item from your teachers list or do a good deed for your class.

Friday: "Joey Doesn't share food"Lunch in the breakroom. Consider bringing a small item from your teacher's favorites list or offer them a high five or hug.

Field Day: May 23rd 

Foam machine, Slide, Bounce House.

What should we do for lunch for volunteers?

Do we still want to do a kona Ice?

Anything else?

Officers for next year- Are we all good with this? We will need a new President for 2025-2026
