Business-
-Sign Ethics/Conflict of Interest and Basic Fiscal Management procedures forms
-Proof of insurance to the council
-Reimbursements
-Volunteer hours
-Approve the budget- must be approved by Oct. 1st
-Membership dues submitted
Reflections- Theme is: “Show your Voice” Deadline for local schools should be Oct. 1st. Due to the
council Nov. 4th.
-Register Lakeview
-Send out fliers
-Put up posters
-Contact local businesses for donations
Carnival- Food: Nachos-nacho boats, chips, nacho cheese, Salsa, Chili?, Napkins, Sodas
-How much did we sell last year? How much food to get?
-Bounce-houses- 2 bounce-houses and wacky tricycles (the school’s tricycles as well)
-Wristbands-
-How much to charge?
-Sell shirts
-Sign-up Genius for volunteers- we need 4-8 volunteers for the bounce-houses, 4-8 for food, and 2 for
cash box
