Dear Parents/Guardians, As we begin preparations for the 2024-2025 school year, we are excited to welcome your child to Lakeview for their kindergarten journey.
Kindergarten registration is an important step, and we want to ensure a smooth and efficient process for you and your child.
Registration: Kindergarten registration for the upcoming school year will take place on April 10 from 1:30 to 3:30. Required Documents: To enroll your child in kindergarten, we request the following documents: ● Birth Certificate: Your child's original birth certificate is required for age verification. (we will make a copy for our records) ● Immunization Records: Up-to-date immunization records are mandatory for enrollment. ● Proof of Residence: Please provide 2 current proofs of residence; i.e., utility bills (gas and/or electric), drivers license (if the address is listed on the license), lease agreement or contract as proof of residence. ● Guardianship Documents: If applicable, legal guardianship documents should be submitted.
